This flagship development of only 12 properties for a national developer challenged us with all the demands a family requires with regards to entertainment within the constraints of a limited budget. Wiring to accommodate multi-room music, home cinema systems, and lighting and heating control was installed during the construction stage so whatever solutions we provided there was no visible wiring or clutter of wires behind TV screens. It also lives up to the prestige of the site with touchscreen control of music and in wall i-pod docks and the provision of HD images to more than one TV.
